Adlive AI (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your personal and advertising data is handled responsibly. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use Adlive AI to optimize your advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other integrated platforms.

We comply with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

Information We Collect

When you connect your accounts to Adlive AI, we may collect:

  • Advertising Accounts: Google Ads MCC/Ad account IDs, Meta Business Manager/Ad account IDs.
  • Campaign Data: Campaign names, structures, budgets, spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, and other performance metrics.
  • Analytics Data: From integrations such as Google Analytics and Semrush.
  • User Information: Name, email address, login details, and communication preferences.
  • Technical Information: Log data, device/browser type, IP address, and usage analytics.

We do not store chat logs or email correspondence from support tools.

How We Use Information

  • Connect your ad accounts (Google, Meta, Analytics, etc.) to Adlive AI.
  • Analyze and diagnose campaign performance.
  • Provide AI-driven recommendations and optimizations.
  • Generate reports and dashboards for your team.
  • Ensure security, prevent fraud, and comply with legal requirements.

Billing Notice: Adlive AI does not collect or process your payment details directly. All billing is handled between the Adlive Finance team and your company’s finance team in the background, outside of the platform.

We never sell your personal or advertising data.

Sharing of Information

  • With platforms you connect: We only share data with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and Semrush APIs for optimization and reporting purposes.
  • With service providers: We may use Google Cloud and AWS for hosting and secure storage.
  • Anonymized data: We may share aggregated, anonymized data for research, benchmarking, or improving our services.
  • Legal compliance: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

Data Storage & Security

  • All account connections and campaign data are encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest.
  • Access to sensitive data is restricted to authorized personnel only.
  • Data is cached for a maximum of 24 hours. After that, it is either refreshed or deleted.
  • We use industry-standard security practices on Google Cloud and AWS.

Data Retention

  • When a client disconnects an ad account, the associated data is deleted from our systems within 24 hours.
  • We may anonymize historical campaign performance data for analytics, reporting, and research purposes.

Your Choices

  • You can manage connected integrations in your account and contact us to request access or deletion of your data, subject to applicable laws.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
  • Export your campaign data before deletion (data portability).
  • Withdraw consent at any time by disconnecting your accounts.
  • File a complaint with your local data protection authority.

AI Processing

Campaign data may be processed by AI models to generate optimization suggestions, diagnostic reports, and predictive insights. This data is never used to train external AI models outside Adlive AI.

International Transfers

Adlive AI may store and process data on servers located in the European Union, the United States, or other countries where Google Cloud and AWS operate. We ensure that adequate safeguards are in place for all international data transfers.

Children’s Privacy

Adlive AI is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect or process data from minors.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
